Predator IT Ltd. was formed in 2002 by our Managing Director, Mark J Ward.

Mark J Ward, CISM

Over 20 years of security and risk management experience gained in both the public and private sectors, and spanning many industries.

An experienced Security & Risk Professional with in-depth corporate experience gained from operational, supervisory and senior management standpoints providing a solid background with extensive knowledge and insight into issues facing both private and public sectors today. Mark is recognised as an effective manager who has undergone successful personal development by focusing on key areas of operational security, fraud/intelligence management and information technology (IT) security across the World.

Mark is a Certfied Information Security Manager (CISM) and is currently SC cleared for local and central Government work.

Mark is also a past member of the UK Governments CESG Listed Advisor Scheme (CLAS) for security professionals, but withdrew from the scheme in 2005.

Mark was the co-founder and Life Fellow of the Security First Organisation of the United Kingdom. Security First was created in 2000 as a forum for UK security professionals to meet and exchange ideas, discuss issues and raise awareness of security matters to businesses in the UK. Unfortunately the Forum was closed in early 2002 due to the primary sponsor withdrawing support. At it's untimely end, the Forum had approx. 3500 members.
